How to remove a hook!!

From avid anglers to novices.. we have ALL had that freak accident and scored a solid hook lodged deep within our flesh ~ be it hand, head, foot, you name it!!! The immediate reaction is to tug it out by force, pain and/or gimmick! But hear ye, hear ye.. there is an easier way my friends! Keep calm… in the video below, Capt.
